Frisco, TX., April 30, 2019 —The Great Falls Americans of the NA3HL are pleased to announce that defenseman Hendrik Roebel has committed to play college hockey at Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  Davenport is an ACHA Division I program.

Roebel, 19, just completed his first season playing in the NA3HL. The 6’2/220 lbs. native of Berlin, Germany joined the Americans halfway through the season and had 24 points in 28 games, being used as both a forward and a defenseman.

“Hendrik played a huge role during our 16-game win streak the second half of the season. He is a big addition to Davenport.  He should transition from junior to college quite nicely,” said Americans head coach Greg Sears.
